When you receive your Orchids, if you are unsatisfied for any reason with its appearance or presentation, please contact us and we will either (1) send a replacement at no charge; (you must return the original Orchids immediately) or (2) promptly refund your money as soon as we receive the original Orchids back.  We only ask that you contact us with your concern, complaint or request promptly after receiving your orchids.

We are sorry, but due to the many requests for orchids in bud or flower, we cannot guarantee to have your selection in bloom. Most orchids have a specific blooming season and they are not always available in bud throughout the year. We will always strive to find flowering plants whenever possible for your requests. Please have some alternate choices when placing your order, or let us pick for you.
